Full-Time Her Second Chance seeks a creative, energetic professional for a full-time, on-site role supporting women rebuilding their lives through our social enterprise. Her Second Chance is a transitional employment program that provides hands-on workforce development by engaging participants in merchandise production, order fulfillment, and initiatives designed to build confidence, consistency, and workplace readiness. Responsibilities include program engagement, digital design, production oversight, participant training, and flexible operational support. The ideal candidate is warm, adaptable, and encouraging, with strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. They should be comfortable guiding others through basic digital tasks, managing creative projects from concept to production, and using their talents to improve the participant experience and Her Second Chance's brand. They should have strong analytical skills, including assessing workflow needs and overseeing production teams to meet those needs, interpreting operational and program data, and spotting merchandise trends and recommending improvements to strengthen program operations and participant outcomes. Responsibilities Participant Support
- encourage and assist women in fulfilling production needs and participating in the H2C recovery program activities and requirements. Operational Reporting
- coordinate weekly/monthly reporting, contribute to staff meetings, and maintain clear documentation that supports program operations. Tech Guidance
- provide basic technology help and digital-skills support. Photoshop Work
- produce digital assets for program and product needs. Production Oversight
- support daily production operations, ensure quality standards, and assist women in learning production skills. Training & Skills-Building
- provide hands-on training in production tasks, reinforcing consistency, confidence, and workplace readiness. Inventory Controls
- monitor, track, and input inventory for supplies, materials, and finished goods to maintain accurate records. Adaptive Support
- jump into varied tasks needed by the organization with flexibility and initiative.
Qualifications College degree required. Energetic, dependable, and committed to supporting the organization's mission and values. Clear professional verbal and written skills with a professional and positive attitude. Minimum of six (6) months of professional experience using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a customer service, production, administrative, or related office environment.
