Job Description
Overview The Outside Services Supervisor is a key member of the golf operations team at the property and assists the Director of Golf and Head Professional in managing all outside golf and golf-related activities at the facility. Experience Required Prior experience in outside operations required Golf background/knoweldge of the game Strong leadership attributes Interpersonal skills and customer service acumen Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to problem solve and anticipate any issues Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time Essential Responsibilities Supervise entire outside operations staff (bag drop, range, starters/rangers) Oversee all daily cart operations including cleaning, stocking, and charging Manage all practice facilites and ensure range balls are stocked accordingly Ensure proper care and cleanliness of all carts Maintain bag room records and proper bag storage Provide visible, professional, and welcoming attitude for all members, guests, and public play Create a team envirnment Lead by professonalism and integrity Benefits Practice and playing privileges (limited in season) 401k Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Uniforms Lunch while on duty PTO
