Now, we're looking for a Training & Retention Coordinator to join our Bonita Springs team and keep our caregivers—our "Angels"—engaged, empowered, and set up for success.

What You'll Do:

Lead new caregiver orientations and hands-on skills training. Be the first warm welcome for new hires and a steady source of support for our team. Coach, motivate, and build relationships that keep caregivers engaged and thriving. Keep employee files up to date and ensure compliance with all requirements. Partner with leadership to create fun, effective strategies for retention and recognition. Jump in with creative solutions and think outside the box when challenges arise. Participate in on-call rotation to support caregivers/clients after hours (Paid).

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on Caregiver/CNA experience (preferred). A friendly, organized, detail-loving pro with strong customer service skills. Someone passionate about training, coaching, and helping others succeed. Strong communication skills—you can talk to anyone and make them feel valued. Tech-savvy enough to manage files, systems, and digital tools with ease.
