Job Description

Site Manager Job Description Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at the Car Wash Day-to-day activities include training and supervising staff along with identifying and resolving customer concerns and complaints. Accountable for accurate reconciliation of all financial transactions, managing vendor relationships and reviewing financial reports for correct disbursement of commissions and other incentives. Leads marketing initiatives at the wash to drive revenue, promote fundraising opportunities and direct updates to advertising platforms.
Fundamental Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
The treatment of each of our customers in a compassionate and caring way is at the very core of what differentiates us from our competition. Taking care of the customer is always our number one goal.
Onsite Sales:
Whether it's signing people up for e-mail promotions or selling monthly wash subscriptions, every initiative needs a champion. This will almost always fall to your onsite manager. That said, the skills to engage customers with a smile, explain benefits and close the sale are very different than processing paper work. We like to call membership sales our "education process." By the time you are speaking with a customer they have already decided to purchase a wash. It is now our job to connect with them on their level and present the better value of membership vs single washing.
Other Responsibilities:
Shift Leadership:
The one thing we get to choose every day when we enter the wash is our attitude! It is the responsibility of the manager on duty to set a tone of excellence, expectation and FUN at the wash.
Equipment Maintenance:
It is expected that the site manager will be professionally curious and take it upon themselves to become experts in all car wash maintenance and procedure. There will many unlimited resources for information and experience but it is the responsibility of the Site Manager to ask for information and assistance when needed.
Chemical Management:
The inventory and management of the store's chemical supply is one of the most important cost accounting measures. In the battle of profitability the war is won by controlling "Cost per Car." The manager should be vigilant is counting and inventorying the store's chemicals, keeping the chemical injections tips clean and functional and notifying your chemical representative of any need for repair or assistance.
Back Office Reporting & Payroll:
The Site Manager will be expected to process weekly payroll and pull reports to track the operations of the business.
Community Relations & Marketing:
It is the expectation that the Site Manager will work towards community outreach and networking, Solicit Fleet accounts and have employees on the sidewalk advertising the Car Wash if necessary.
Qualifications:
Formal education is preferred, though not required. Ideal candidates demonstrate a mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance as well as organizational skills for the management of chemistry, wash supplies and labor. Management Experience Excellent Customer Service Skills Great attention to detail

Open Availability Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 30+ pounds
Compensation:
