- where you will expand beyond traditional deliverables to guide clients through complex business decisions, providing pre-deal analysis, value opinions, calculations of value, and ad-hoc modeling and analysis.

- As a Senior Manager, Valuation, you will:
- + Lead strategic and traditional valuation engagements, including pre-deal analyses, value opinions, calculations of value, business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, impairment analyses, tax valuations, complex financial instruments, and litigation matters + Manage the full engagement lifecycle, including client communication, relationship building, technical direction, deliverable review, and timely feedback to team members + Serve as a trusted advisor to a broad range of clients, translating complex valuation and corporate finance analyses into clear, actionable insights + Direct complex financial analyses, valuation models, research, and ad hoc modeling that support informed client decisions + Manage engagement and proposal risk in alignment with Firm expectations + Contribute to business development through client presentations, industry and technical conferences, and collaboration with practice leadership on new client strategies + Recruit, train, mentor, and provide meaningful feedback to junior professionals while supporting their continued development •What you bring to the role:•+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field + Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) strongly preferred + 7+ years of progressive experience leading complex financial & valuation analyses and building financial models in a public accounting or consulting environment + Strong research and analytical capabilities, including the ability to address complex valuation issues + Exceptional client relationship, communication, technical writing, and presentation skills + Ability to manage relationships across multiple levels while delivering responsive client service + Demonstrated leadership, recruiting, training, and mentoring capabilities + Ability to travel as needed to support client/firm needs, expected
