is looking for a motivated and skilled Site Manager. The Manager will oversee opportunities and/or implement changes to improve products or reduce costs using knowledge of tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts.Other responsibilities may include:
Leadership & Site Oversight Lead and Manage on-site personnel and oversee implementation of company initiatives Promote safety culture through training and coaching Establish and lead collaborative meetings with customer teams to discuss program performance and improvement opportunities Manage Customer Relationships and Conduct Site Level Leadership Reviews Host and participate in customer meetings to align on shared goals Operational & Financial Management Manage key performance indicators (KPIs), contractual metrics, and operational budgets Track spend, cost savings, inventory, and other customer commitments Utilize financial data to assess impact on customer cost-per-unit (CPU) Support resolution of late shipments and internal AR requirements Oversee customer supply chain and inventory performance Strategic Initiatives Engage with Customer's Engineering Team & Suppliers to assist in Enhancing and improving Machining process (Turning / Milling / Grinding / Honing / Polishing) for cutting Tool Commodity to Drive initiatives for cost savings Prepare and present technical and economic solutions to customers Implement approved solutions and provide updates on progress Collaborate with suppliers to improve tool life and solve performance issues Monitor tool performance and life cycle, and identify continuous improvement opportunities Manage Inventory, drive inventory optimization Enhance and improve machining productivity working with customer's ME Support all plant engineers on new projects / Troubleshoot bottlenecks / Machining Manage new program tooling adds and Excess & Obsolete tooling Manage the Repair / regrind of cutting tools Resolve customer/vendor issues when required Maintain and improve documentation such as: Premature tool logs Tool testing proposals Tooling prints PFET (Plan for Every Tools Support and report on the following metrics:Accounts Receivable Outstanding Inventory :
Total Inventory, Inventory Turns (Days on Hand Supply) Open Orders Profitability Delivery Performance Cost Savings Customer Satisfaction Ranking Employee Action Decks Report and analyze tool/material over-consumption or overspend Generate and update documentation including reports, databases, trends, and change logs Coordinate cross-functional activities to meet production needs. Manage root cause analysis and corrective action reports (NCRs/CARs) for tooling-related issues Oversee and document internal and external tooling-related activities in alignment with quality plansJob Type:
