This role ensures SLA compliance, quality control, and team performance across multi-state operations. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of shared services team
- Manage workload distribution, inbox coverage, and staffing
- Oversee escalation routing and ensure SLA compliance
- Review and approve intake and system processing work
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide coaching
- Act as escalation point for complex issues
- Ensure compliance with client and firm requirements
- Drive process improvements and standardization Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in default servicing, legal operations, or law firm environment
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Advanced experience with CaseAware and client systems (BKFS, Tempo, SSE)
- Strong understanding of escalation management, intake workflows, and SLA tracking
- Demonstrated Knowlege of Judicial and Non Judicial Foreclosure Processes
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Key Skills & Competencies
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple systems and workflows using dual monitors
