We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic professionals for the role of Beach Operations Server. This unique position blends food and beverage service with hands-on beach operations, creating a dynamic experience both for you and for our guests. Position Overview The Beach Operations Server supports all aspects of the guest experience along our beachfront and resort grounds. This role is active, outdoors, and guest-facing. You will provide exceptional food and beverage service while also assisting with beach rentals, equipment setup, and daily operations. Ideal candidates are quick on their feet, confident communicators, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where hospitality meets the sand and surf.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with the daily setup and breakdown of all beach operations equipment, including chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, and recreational amenities, ensuring everything is clean, secure, and guest-ready.
• Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically upon arrival, creating a welcoming first impression that reflects the spirit of the resort.
• Provide outstanding food, beverage, and rental service in beach and outdoor settings, delivering attentive and personalized hospitality throughout the guest experience.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system with efficiency and precision, while also processing rental transactions and payments with careful attention to detail.
• Transport food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to designated beach cabanas, chairs, and lounges.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, daily specials, and beach amenities to confidently answer questions and make thoughtful recommendations. Proactively suggest menu enhancements, beverages, and add-ons that elevate the guest experience while supporting overall revenue goals.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding allergies, dietary needs, or special requests to ensure safe and accurate meal preparation.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed to support smooth beach operations and timely service delivery.
• Provide attentive service throughout the guest's visit by anticipating needs, refilling beverages, clearing tables, monitoring beach areas, and responding promptly to requests or concerns.
• Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and a calm, solutions-focused approach, resolving issues efficiently or escalating to management when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment across beach areas, service stations, and dining spaces, proactively addressing hazards and upholding resort standards.
• Maintain dining areas by promptly clearing dishware and ensuring tables and chairs are properly cleaned and sanitized between guests.
• Thrive in a hot, fast-paced outdoor environment while remaining energetic, professional, and guest-focused at all times.
• Assist with additional duties as needed to ensure a smooth operation and a memorable experience for every guest.

• Excellent customer service, including patience and a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in coordinating and promoting recreational activities.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods. Physically able to walk on sand, concrete, and pavers.
• Able to work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
