In this residential operations role, you will oversee the daily activities and environment of a dedicated home setting, creating a safe, warm, and supportive atmosphere for residents, visitors, staff, and volunteers. You will lead facility operations, manage inventory, coordinate facility maintenance, supervise weekend support staff, and serve as a primary on-site resource.
