(STOFI) business units. The individual assists in policy formation, supervises team members, and leads operational improvements that strengthen efficiency, scalability, and service quality. Responsibilities include evaluating inefficiencies, reviewing financial and activity reports, supporting production and service delivery, and contributing to the establishment of long-term strategic objectives for STOFI's expanding business portfolio. This role requires collaboration with Department Directors and adherence to established policies and procedures. Occasional weekend work and travel may be required. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field is required; master's degree is preferred. A minimum of ten (10) years in senior leadership experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered. Prior experience in budget and business plan development is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver License and have the ability to travel locally and nationally. Must be able to implement structures and roles that improve efficiency and support changing business demands. Requires strong knowledge of industry regulations, excellent negotiation skills, superior communication and presentation abilities, and a demonstrated history of training and developing staff Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Software. Must be able to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
