CCTV Operator ? Supervisor within approximately 3-6 months, based on successful training and performance Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable CCTV Operator to join our team in Miramar, FL. This position offers a clear opportunity for advancement into a Supervisor role within approximately 3-6 months for the right individual. The successful candidate will initially focus on learning and performing all aspects of CCTV monitoring and reporting. Once fully trained and demonstrating strong performance, leadership, and decision-making skills, the individual will transition into a supervisory capacity, helping lead, guide, and train other CCTV Operators. Key Responsibilities CCTV Operator Responsibilities
  • Monitor CCTV systems and surveillance activity to identify unusual, suspicious, or concerning activity.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail during extended periods of monitoring.
  • Accurately document incidents, observations, and activities through detailed reports.
  • Escalate incidents appropriately according to established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all required documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and other appropriate personnel.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers, employees, or other stakeholders.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other computer systems to document, track, and communicate information.
  • Follow established security, safety, and operating procedures. Future Supervisor Responsibilities Following successful completion of training and demonstrated proficiency as a CCTV Operator, responsibilities will expand to include:
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to CCTV Operators.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure operators are following established procedures.
  • Assist with training and onboarding new operators.
  • Review reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Serve as an escalation point for operators when issues or incidents arise.
  • Help ensure adequate coverage and smooth daily operations.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Communicate operational issues and recommendations to management.
  • Lead by example and maintain a professional, customer-focused environment.
