For more than a decade, the firm has helped families reunite, workers secure their status, and entrepreneurs build businesses in this community. The firm is entering a new phase of growth and needs the operational leadership to match. This is a senior operations hire who reports directly to the Principal Attorney and has clear authority over legal operations, people operations, and firm systems. You will work alongside an experienced leadership team to build the operational backbone that supports the firm's next chapter. This is a leadership role for a proven operator ready to take genuine ownership of a firm's operational trajectory. Responsibilities Own case workflow from intake to closure, including cycle time, quality checkpoints, and the health of the firm's case management system Build and maintain the monthly case pipeline dashboard covering new cases, assignments, stage, submission status, and aging Design and report role-level KPIs monthly, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions Investigate client concerns and implement corrective actions, escalating to the Principal Attorney when needed Own the legal technology stack: case management platform, CRM, integrations, and vendor relationships Approve PTO and manage time-off across the firm Own the hiring process for new roles, from job description through interview loop and offer decisions with the Principal Attorney Set the standard for onboarding, performance management, and employee relations Oversee vendor relationships, office operations, and firm-wide technology decisions Partner with senior leadership on cross-functional projects and quarterly planning Qualifications Three to five or more years of operations experience in a law firm setting Hands-on experience with case management systems Comfort with CRM data and dashboard reporting Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish required Bachelor's degree Data-driven decision-making; document processes rather than holding them in your head Comfortable making PTO, hiring, and vendor decisions with limited hand-holding Systems thinker who builds repeatable workflows Nice to have Direct experience with Docketwise or similar case management platforms (Clio, MyCase) Direct experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM Experience in high-volume consumer law (immigration, personal injury, family, or similar) Prior team-lead or manager experience Formal process improvement background (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent) Legal technology implementation experience

Up to $85,000.00 per year
