Extended shifts; typically home on weekendsPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced UV Lining / CIPP Superintendent to lead and coordinate field operations for UV Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining and trenchless rehabilitation projects.
This is a hands-on field leadership position responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
The Superintendent will serve as the primary on-site leader, overseeing field crews, coordinating equipment and materials, monitoring production and quality, and working directly with clients, inspectors, engineers, subcontractors, and Project Managers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of
CIPP, UV
lining, or trenchless rehabilitation experience, along with strong knowledge of UV curing processes, equipment, and materials. Previous Superintendent or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
This position is well suited for an experienced CIPP field professional who is comfortable working in challenging field environments, leading crews, troubleshooting operational issues, and traveling consistently to project locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesField Operations & Project SupervisionSupervise daily field operations for UV CIPP lining and trenchless rehabilitation projects.
Serve as the primary field leader and point of contact for project execution.
Manage field crews and coordinate daily work activities.
Plan crew assignments based on project requirements, production goals, and site conditions.
Coordinate equipment, materials, manpower, and other resources required for successful project completion.
Monitor project progress and productivity throughout the workday.
Adjust staffing, equipment, and resources as project conditions change.
Ensure field operations remain aligned with project schedules and established production goals.
Identify potential delays or operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
The Superintendent will travel to project locations using company vehicles and will generally be home on weekends, depending on project requirements.
Candidates must be comfortable with:
Frequent overnight travel.
Working at project locations outside Jacksonville.
Extended periods away from home during the workweek.
Driving company vehicles.
Working extended shifts.
Supporting projects across multiple locations.
This is a field-based traveling position, not a traditional office-based role.
