00 PM SUN- We are looking for a dedicated, responsible individual to join our team as a Operations Manager. The Senior Operations Manager at Sky Zone is an important leader on the parks management team. In coordination with other members of the management team, this position will report to the parks General Manager and is responsible for ensuring all elements of park safety and maintenance, Team Member training, Guest Experience, and logistics are executed to standard, and team communication is coordinated and effective. The Senior Operations Manager's ability to make sound decisions and tackle Guest Experience challenges is a key element to Sky Zone's success.

WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED.

Proven ability to motivate a team and drive culture to create results Strong leadership skills Ability to solve problems under pressure while maintaining a Fun, friendly environment Previous management experience with new-to-the-workforce, part-time staff Previous experience in a High Volume, Guest-facing environment Experience with team scheduling Ability to work nights and weekends Previous cash handling experience Familiarity with website editing and social media skills are a plus

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
