Responsibilities Welcome guests with enthusiasm and assist with their needs to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure Oversee event operations, including coordinating activities and managing guest flow during hours Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly with professionalism and positivity Maintain safety standards by monitoring public areas, assisting with crowd control, and responding swiftly to emergencies Support food service operations by serving guests, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the building Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during ticket sales or concessions transactions Engage with families by facilitating activities or providing information about entertainment options Experience Previous experience in events management, hospitality, or customer service roles is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism Background in food service or hospitality environments provides a solid foundation for guest interactions and service excellence This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in lively settings and enjoy creating joyful experiences for diverse audiences.
