Requirements Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams and leading operational functions. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement methodologies. Ability to manage profit & loss responsibilities with a focus on financial performance optimization. Excellent leadership skills with the capacity to motivate teams and foster collaboration across departments. Strong business development acumen with experience in expanding market presence and driving sales growth. Effective communication skills to articulate strategies clearly and build relationships internally and externally. Prior experience in supervising complex projects, managing multiple priorities, and implementing operational efficiencies is highly preferred.
