Join Our Mission as Operations Manager Lighthouse of Collier | Naples, Florida Full-Time | Onsite Lighthouse of Collier empowers individuals who are blind or visually impaired to live more independent, confident, and fulfilling lives. We are seeking a mission‑driven Operations Manager who brings heart, initiative, and leadership to our growing organization. This role is ideal for a self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative nonprofit environment, learns quickly, takes ownership, and consistently brings forward ideas that strengthen our operations and enhance the client experience. About the Role The Operations Manager ensures the smooth, efficient, and welcoming operation of Lighthouse of Collier. This position oversees daily workflows, administrative systems, facilities, and cross‑department coordination. You will support staff, clients, and leadership while helping maintain the high standards of care and professionalism that define our organization. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations and ensure seamless organizational workflows Supervise administrative staff and support front‑desk excellence Oversee facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and office equipment Manage inventory, supplies, and operational procedures Support administrative systems, reporting, and compliance (including AWARE) Serve as back‑up to the Bookkeeper for routine financial tasks Assist with grant writing when needed (data gathering, drafting, formatting) Provide executive support: scheduling, agendas, minutes, follow‑up Support events, outreach, marketing tasks, and client engagement Serve as back‑up for Receptionist and Case Manager roles when required What You Bring 8-10 years of experience in a professional setting (operations or administration preferred) Experience supervising staff or leading teams Strong writing, editing, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology Experience with databases or CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) A self‑starter who takes initiative and ownership A self‑learner who adapts quickly and embraces new tools and processes Someone who is always willing to take control, propose ideas, and improve systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred A deep commitment to ethical stewardship, confidentiality, and our mission Why Lighthouse of Collier? Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
