Ocala, FL Join the Freight Breakers Team! Freight Breakers is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead warehouse and distribution center operations in Ocala, Florida. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams while delivering outstanding results. Responsibilities Oversee all site operations, including customer relations, labor management, quality, safety, and operational performance. Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and managers while fostering associate engagement and retention. Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal leadership teams. Ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and operational performance. Monitor and achieve customer KPIs across all functional areas. Ensure compliance with all company and customer policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Provide leadership, direction, and support to supervisors, leads, and warehouse associates. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. Flexible schedule with the ability to support operational needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Previous experience managing multi-shift operations preferred. Multi-site management experience is a plus. Third-party logistics (3PL) experience is preferred. Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
