REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

- (Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Pensacola, 31A corridor) 31-W Insulation, a leader in the insulation industry, is seeking a highly motivated Regional Operations Manager for all Florida markets. We are seeking an aggressive, but professional and enthusiastic candidate to fill a Regional Operations Manager position. This is a great opportunity for a proven leader with the right motivation and drive and who has the willingness to accept new challenges. Ideal candidates must have previous experience managing the operation of a location (or number of locations) while taking accountability for reaching targets as well as excellent communication skills. The ability to remotely supervise a team of managers and salespeople is paramount. Responsibilities Work with regional sales counterpart to reach plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth. Hires, develops, evaluates, and influences effective and consistent productivity and teamwork to ensure the delivery of incredible customer service throughout. Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals Works to ensure all operations and company policies are followed. Ensures all employees are working with a Safety First attitude. This key person will be responsible for working with other Regional Sales Managers within the territory. Other Information

• Overnight travel is required 70-90%.
