The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising teams, ensuring smooth moving operations, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage on-site teams to ensure efficient execution of moving jobs and related activities. Supervise daily operations, including coordinating moving schedules and resource allocation. Oversee team supervision, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to staff members. Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally. Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor progress of moving projects, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions as needed. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate documentation related to operations, safety checks, and team performance.
