Beverage Manager (Beverage Operations & Wine Program) The Opportunity Are you a passionate hospitality leader ready to elevate a premium beverage experience? We are seeking a dynamic Beverage Manager to oversee our strategic and daily beverage operations. In this role, you will direct daily operations across multiple venues, curate our premier wine program, and lead a service-driven team dedicated to exceptional member hospitality.
What You Will Do Direct Operations:
Lead daily operations for restaurants, lounges, and banquets. Curate the
Wine Program:
Build and maintain an on-brand, profitable wine portfolio.
Financial Stewardship:
Manage beverage COGS, inventory accuracy, and margin targets.
Develop Talent:
Train, coach, and schedule a high-performing bartending and service staff.
Host Activations:
Support and execute member wine dinners, tastings, and special events.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive hospitality/beverage leadership.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Skills:
Expert knowledge of spirits, beer, cocktails, and wine cellar management.
Discipline:
Strong organizational skills handling inventory controls, purchasing, and POS systems.
Physical:
Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
Schedule:
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$50,000-$60,000 annually (based on experience).
Performance Incentive:
Earn up to an additional 50% of your base salary through our annual Wine Program incentive. Bonuses are based on program growth, revenue goals, cost management, and operational excellence.
