This candidate must have a track record of success previously. This is not a maintenance role. This is a force-multiplier position for someone who can step into any department, create clarity, and push critical initiatives forward: all in service of delivering a best-in-class client experience. What You'll Be Responsible For Cross-Department Execution:
Lead and drive company-wide initiatives across sales, marketing, operations, and agent supportAgent Support & Enablement:
Ensure agents have the systems, processes, and support needed to deliver a high-touch client experienceProject Management:
Own multiple initiatives at once—from planning to execution to resultsOperational Support:
Step into any department, identify gaps, and implement solutions quicklyLeadership & Accountability:
Hold teams accountable to timelines, deliverables, and outcomesProcess Improvement:
Build, refine, and optimize systems that increase efficiency, scalability, and service qualityClient Experience Focus:
