This candidate must have a track record of success previously. This is not a maintenance role. This is a force-multiplier position for someone who can step into any department, create clarity, and push critical initiatives forward: all in service of delivering a best-in-class client experience. Who This Role Is For You are someone who: Operates with extreme ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do Can manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously without dropping details Has the emotional intelligence to influence, align, and lead across agents, staff, and leadership Brings structure to chaos and turns ideas into execution Has the capacity and stamina to operate at a high level, consistently
What You'll Be Responsible For Cross-Department Execution:
Lead and drive company-wide initiatives across sales, marketing, operations, and agent support
Agent Support & Enablement:
Ensure agents have the systems, processes, and support needed to deliver a high-touch client experience
Project Management:
Own multiple initiatives at once—from planning to execution to results
Operational Support:
Step into any department, identify gaps, and implement solutions quickly
Leadership & Accountability:
Hold teams accountable to timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
Process Improvement:
Build, refine, and optimize systems that increase efficiency, scalability, and service quality
Client Experience Focus:
Continuously look for ways to elevate the service we provide to buyers and sellers Core Skills & Traits Exceptional organization and project management (you manage details without losing the big picture) High level of emotional intelligence and communication Proven ability to manage competing priorities under pressure Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to lead and influence outcomes
