This is a hands-on field leadership position for someone who understands professional cleaning and is comfortable leading employees, training new hires , inspecting completed work , solving problems in the field , and stepping in to clean when necessary . The Field Operations Manager will work closely with the owner to ensure jobs are completed on time , employees follow company procedures, and Natganic consistently delivers high-quality service to residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee cleaners and daily field operations Train and onboard new Cleaning Technicians Conduct quality-control inspections and identify missed areas Coach employees on cleaning quality, efficiency, and company procedures Monitor attendance, punctuality, job progress, and employee accountability Ensure cleaners review job instructions, special requests, and paid add-ons Verify required checklists, before/after photos, and job documentation are completed Help resolve access issues, scheduling changes, supply needs, and other field problems Communicate with management regarding employee performance and customer concerns Help reduce customer complaints, callbacks, and cleaning redos Maintain and reinforce Natganic cleaning standards across residential, apartment, vacation-rental, and commercial accounts Assist with cleaning when necessary due to training, call-outs, workload, or operational needs

Requirements:

Professional residential and/or commercial cleaning experience required Previous supervisory, team-lead, housekeeping-lead, or field-management experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of professional cleaning procedures and quality standards Ability to train, coach, correct, and hold employees accountable professionally Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license required Must be comfortable traveling between customer locations during the workday Working smartphone with reliable cellular data , GPS, camera, and sufficient storage for required company apps Strong communication and problem-solving skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Comfortable using scheduling, communication, and mobile work applications Must be willing to perform hands-on cleaning when needed

Compensation:

$21.00

00 per hour, depending on experience. This position is ideal for an experienced cleaning professional who is ready to move beyond simply completing assigned cleans and take responsibility for developing a team, protecting service quality, and helping manage daily field operations.
