$20.00 - $23.00/hr on W2 without benefits

Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for supporting the production of diagnostic products in a controlled manufacturing environment. This role involves operating equipment, following standard procedures, and ensuring product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Perform production tasks including material handling, assembly, and packaging Maintain accurate production and batch records Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines Conduct in-process checks to ensure product quality Clean and maintain work areas and equipment Report any deviations, issues, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors Assist with inventory management and material tracking
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred) 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or diagnostics Basic knowledge of GMP and cleanroom practices (preferred) Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills & Competencies:
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Good communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting Problem-solving ability
Work Environment:
Manufacturing or cleanroom environment May require standing for long periods and lifting materials Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Pay:
