Clubhouse Operations & Member Experience Manager South Ponte Vedra Ocean Club South Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida Position Summary South Ponte Vedra Ocean Club is seeking a hospitality-focused leader to oversee daily clubhouse operations while creating an exceptional member experience for a private beach club. This role serves as a visible presence throughout the Club, ensuring the highest standards of service, facility presentation, and member engagement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader with private club or luxury hospitality experience who can build strong member relationships, lead clubhouse operations, enhance member engagement, and collaborate with department leaders to deliver an outstanding Club experience. Primary Responsibilities

Member Experience & Club Presence:

Serve as a daily ambassador for the Club by building strong relationships with members, guests, and visitors while ensuring a welcoming, personalized, and exceptional member experience. Address member concerns professionally and proactively while identifying opportunities to enhance member satisfaction.

Clubhouse Operations & Facility Standards:

Oversee daily clubhouse operations, including conducting regular property walkthroughs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service, and coordinating facility needs with the Director of Engineering and department leaders. Follow up to ensure repairs and preventive maintenance are completed promptly.

Member Relations & Revenue Support:

Build strong relationships with members and guests while supporting club initiatives that enhance engagement and create revenue opportunities. Support catering, weddings, corporate events, and member functions by identifying opportunities, maintaining relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful event experiences.

Team Leadership & Department Coordination:

Hire, train, coach, and motivate clubhouse staff while promoting accountability, hospitality standards, and collaboration across departments. Assist with performance evaluations, employee development, scheduling, and maintaining a high-performing team culture.

Financial & Operational Management:

Assist with operational budgets, expense management, resource planning, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and support the Club's financial goals. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of leadership experience required in a private club, luxury hotel, resort, beach club, or hospitality environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience leading teams and managing daily operations. Understanding of membership-based hospitality and luxury service standards. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and special events as needed. $100,000.00 per year
