CEO THE SNAPSHOT

You will manage day-to-day operations, including listing and transaction management and sales management. You will partner with the Director of Marketing Operations to translate help translate the CEO's strategy into plans that coordinate team mission. You think several steps ahead, love systems and structure, and don't come back to the CEO with problems — you come back with solutions, or you have already solved it. You need to be technically sharp and detail-oriented. Real estate experience is definitely a bonus but is not required — would rather have someone with strong operations chops from a tech-driven business who thinks like an owner. You have the ability to identify better, more efficient ways to optimize operations across the team.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate CEO's strategy and ideas into clear, actionable plans the team can execute. Partner directly with the Director of Marketing Operations on marketing execution — providing the why and how behind each initiative, not just the what, so she can run with it. Own overall execution of plans across the organization — ensuring things don't just get started, but tracked and finished. Build and maintain the systems, structure, and role clarity the team currently lacks. Resolve day-to-day operational and technology issues independently, without escalating to Volen.
