ABOUT P1 MOTOR CLUB P1
Motor Club is a 650-acre private motorsports campus on Florida's Treasure Coast. It is the most expansive private motorsports campus in the Americas. With the Treasure Coast Circuit completing and the club hosting member days and events, P1 combines championship-caliber circuits, a private club community, Garage Townhomes, a professional Commerce Park, and marquee OEM partnerships. We are building a team defined by craft, hospitality, and love of the sport.
THE ROLE
You will open and run the hospitality and facilities heart of P1
Motor Club:
events and experiences, food and beverage, member services, and campus facilities. This is a durable senior operating seat at one of the most significant private club openings in Florida. You will build the systems, hire the teams, and set the service standard, and the department grows underneath you as the club scales.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Own day-to-day club operations across events and experiences, F&B, member services, and facilities Lead the operational opening of the club: SOPs, staffing plans, vendor contracts, and service standards built from scratch Hire, develop, and manage the managers for events, F&B, member services, and facilities Own the club operating budget and deliver against it Set and enforce a luxury service standard consistent with a marquee private club Partner with Motorsport on event delivery and with Commercial on the sell-deliver handoff Build the operating cadence: daily standups, weekly department reviews, and seasonal staffing plans
WHAT YOU BRING
8+ years in private club, resort, or luxury hospitality leadership; AGM/Clubhouse Manager experience strongly preferred Proven opening or major-renovation leadership, with experience building operations rather than simply inheriting them Budget ownership at department or property level, including
F&B P&L CMAA
membership / CCM a plus Relocation to Florida's Treasure Coast (within 30 minutes of P1 Motor Club) required Must be authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license required Background check required
SCHEDULE
All P1 roles are fully on-site. Every position is weekend and holiday exposed; the club runs when members are here. Salaried roles work 5 days per week, including weekends; typical days off are Monday and Tuesday, though the schedule shifts with the event calendar.
