JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor to join our team on the East Coast of Florida. This role will work closely with the Regional Fitness Operations Manager in supporting the Director of Fitness Operations and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) by ensuring compliance with cleaning and safety standards, managing field operations, conducting quality audits, and developing supervisory teams to strengthen overall performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining service consistency, implementing corrective action plans, and driving continuous improvement while building strong relationships with both internal teams and fitness center clients. This position requires excellent communication, leadership, adaptability, and the ability to travel within the assigned region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Oversee daily operations of assigned fitness center locations in collaboration with DBS Supervisors and EoS Management. Analyze data from MXM scores, camera reports, customer feedback, and other quality metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with Supervisors to conduct, evaluate, and reinforce training programs for custodial staff, ensuring alignment with company standards. Generate and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely distribution to leadership. Monitor compliance with work order standards and oversee service requests through OpenWrench. Maintain regular in-person presence across the assigned territory, engaging with DBS Supervisors and EoS facility management to ensure operational alignment and support. Respond to emergency needs, participate in special projects, and complete additional assignments from leadership as needed. Workplace & Environment Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply and equipment orders in accordance with established procedures. Maintain clear and accurate records of service activities and operational checklists. Drive continuous improvement through process review, staff development, and operational analysis. Provide direct support for urgent operational needs and ensure service continuity. Facilitate effective communication between supervisors, staff, and the Fitness Operations Manager. Client & Internal Relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and EoS facility contacts. Address operational concerns promptly and professionally ensuring service satisfaction. Assist in starting services in new facilities, ensuring smooth transitions and high service quality. Support service launches at new locations, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to quality standards. Support the Director of Fitness Operations on administrative projects, special initiatives, and department-wide improvements. Administrative Responsibilities Participate in regular meetings with the COO, the Director of Fitness Operations, and the Director of National Accounts to ensure clear communication, alignment on priorities, and timely discussion of ongoing issues and departmental updates. Assist the Director of Fitness Operations with timesheet review and payroll accuracy. Track and maintain documentation related to work orders, site visits, and operational tasks. Support the hiring, onboarding, and termination process for site-level Supervisors. Perform other administrative duties as needed in support of the Operations Department.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college education strongly preferred. Previous experience in custodial services, facilities management, or related service industry is strongly preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with service equipment, supplies, and safety procedures. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Willingness to travel within assigned region. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
