As the Last Mile Operations Supervisor at RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error free. What your day-to-day will look like: Lead daily last mile operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery.

Oversee route execution, service provider performance, and resolution of delivery issues, claims, and customer escalations.

Manage service provider settlements, payables, deductions, and controllable expenses to support financial performance.

Drive customer satisfaction through strong VOC results, claims management, and continuous process improvement.

Lead, coach, and develop employees while managing staffing, scheduling, and performance.

Ensure compliance with all safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.

Monitor key performance metrics and implement action plans to improve service, productivity, quality, and profitability.

Communicate operational results, risks, and opportunities to leadership and support strategic market initiatives.
