Job Description
At Hyppo, LLC, we create gourmet ice pops and Mayday handcrafted ice cream across Florida. We're looking for a hands-on Field Operations Manager to help ensure our stores consistently meet our standards for operations, cleanliness, food safety, hospitality, and leadership. This is a field-based role where you'll spend your time in the stores coaching managers, solving problems, training teams, and making sure our standards are being executed. If you love developing people, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Train and develop new Store Managers and ensure they are ready to lead independently Coach and develop existing Store Managers directly in their stores Conduct regular store visits and operational inspections Identify operational and training gaps and create plans to address them Enforce company SOPs and standards for cleanliness, food safety, hospitality, and operations Verify managers are effectively training their hourly teams Participate in interviewing and hiring Store Manager and Assistant Manager candidates Provide performance feedback and recommendations to the COO Support new store openings, staffing, training, and manager transitions Coordinate store maintenance and facilities needs Manage third-party delivery platforms, including menus, pricing, hours, and uptime Identify trends and training needs across the manager team and communicate them to leadership Partner with the Director of Customer Experience on manager training and development What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in restaurant, retail, multi-unit operations, or a similar leadership role Strong experience coaching and developing managers Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable giving direct, constructive feedback and holding leaders accountable Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple locations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel regularly between locations
