The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily order operations including customer service and invoicing. This role serves as a key point of communication between our Boutique, Customers, Warehouse, Sales and Accounting departments to ensure orders are entered accurately, processed efficiently, invoiced correctly and fulfilled timely. Duties Manage and coordinate Boutique Sales and Order Administration Provide daily Customer Service including research, resolution, and timely, professional communication Manage daily invoicing, including researching and resolving discrepancies between orders, shipments, invoices and payment Monitor Order lifecycles from order entry through shipment and invoicing ensuring established procedures and account specific requirements are followed Provide overall Operations Support assisting with reporting and tracking as needed Maintain strong cross-functional communication with customer service, warehouse operations, vendor management, and production planning teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Partner with Warehouse to address inventory, shipping, packing and fulfillment issues Qualifications 2+ years experience in operations, order administration, and customer service Proven experience in a supply chain operations role with a focus on order management Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes, inventory management systems (such as ERP or AS400) Experience in fashion, apparel, retail or wholesale operations a plus Stong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong problem solving and follow-up skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Pivot Tables and Outlook Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments Demonstrated ability to analyze supply chain data for process improvement opportunities while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
