Sarasota, FL & surrounding areas (Field-based)
Position Type:
Full-Time (W-2) | 35 - 40
Hours/Week Schedule:
Monday - Saturday (Flexibility required for occasional deep cleans or weekend commercial property inspections) |

Always OFF About the Role Kiro's Cleaning Experts is seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy Bilingual Field Operations & Quality Assurance Manager to join our family-oriented team. You will be the eyes and ears of our field operations, spending 90% of your time in the field inspecting job sites, onboarding and training cleaners, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring our client scorecards stay consistently high. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Inspections Conduct scheduled, random, and follow-up quality checks at residential and commercial properties. Inspect cleaning quality using company checklists and document findings with photos and notes in our system. Identify recurring quality issues, enforce corrective actions, and verify completed re-cleans. Track quality trends by cleaner, team, and account. Training & Team Development Deliver hands-on, bilingual onboarding and field training for new cleaners. Utilize video training courses and materials to reinforce standard operating procedures. Work directly with lead trainers to map out missed cleaning items and build continuous improvement plans. Evaluate new cleaners before they work independently and provide ongoing coaching. Customer Communication & Reporting Conduct quality check-ins with selected clients and address service concerns professionally. Prepare a weekly Quality & Operations Report for the business owner detailing inspection scores, complaints, re-cleans, and training updates.
Qualifications & Requirements Bilingual Required:
Must speak, read, and write fluently in both English and Spanish .
Experience:
2+ years of supervisory/management experience in residential/commercial cleaning, janitorial, hospitality, or field services.
Tech Skills:
Comfortable using mobile apps, scheduling software
Transportation:
Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, clean driving record, and valid auto insurance.
Work Ethic:
Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in the field. Must pass standard background and driving checks.
Compensation & Financial Logistics Hourly Pay Structure:
First 90 Days (Training Period): $21.00 per hour After 90 Days (Post-Evaluation): $23.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on performance metric reviews)
Vehicle Accountable Plan Reimbursement:
All business-related driving is reimbursed tax-free at the official IRS Standard Business Mileage Rate of $0.76 per mile . Trip distances are tracked automatically using a mileage application on your company smartphone.
Note:
Commutes from home to the first site and from the last site back home are excluded. Logs must be submitted weekly alongside timesheets for reimbursement processing.
