We're looking for a Director of Operations who enjoys bringing order to complexity, improving how work gets done, and helping businesses reach their full potential. Position Director of Operations Part-Time to StartOpportunity to grow into a full-time leadership position. Your Mission Your mission is to strengthen and lead the daily operations of an established company while helping prepare it for its next stage of growth. You'll oversee daily operations, improve efficiency, organize workflow, support the team, solve problems, and help develop systems that allow the company to operate at a consistently high level. You'll work directly with the owner while gradually taking ownership of the day-to-day operations so leadership can focus on strategic growth and future expansion. Responsibilities Lead daily shop operations Coordinate workflow and scheduling Manage customer communication Coordinate vendors and parts Support technicians and subcontractors Resolve operational issues Improve efficiency and organization Help develop and document company systems Monitor production and job completion Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team development Help build scalable processes for future growth About Our Company We believe that great companies aren't built by one person.
