What We're Looking For:

What We Offer:
$20/hr base pay while training. $22/hr base pay once "Crew Lead Ready" (able to drive a truck/trailer and run a route). Pay-for-Performance Bonus based on efficiency. (Our Top Performers Earn $24
  • $28/hr) 7 days of PTO (begin accruing after 30 days).
Paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Day After, and Christmas Day). 1 paid week off between Christmas and New Year's (24 hours paid at your hourly rate). 90 day review period to be Assistant GM. Or stay at Sr Foreman. What You'll Do As our Lawn Care Foreman/Supervisor, you'll be the General Manager's right-hand person in the field. You'll help lead the daily operation, support the team, and make sure our customers receive the reliable, high-quality service we're known for. Your day will typically begin by helping the crews get organized and out the door. You'll make sure trucks, trailers, and equipment are ready, answer questions, and help the team start the day prepared for success. You'll then lead your own two-person crew, servicing approximately 16-20 residential and commercial properties while setting the standard for quality, efficiency, and professionalism. As your route wraps up in the afternoon, you'll spend time performing quality assurance inspections, checking on other crews, correcting any issues before customers notice them, helping train newer employees, and making sure trucks and equipment are ready for the next day.
Responsibilities include:
Help the General Manager lead daily field operations. Lead your own two-person crew safely and efficiently. Mow, edge, trim, and blow residential and commercial properties. Help crews get organized and on the road each morning. Perform quality assurance inspections and correct issues before the workday ends. Train, coach, and develop newer team members. Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for work. Look for ways to improve productivity without sacrificing quality. Lead by example and help build a positive, accountable team culture. This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll spend most of your day working alongside your crew while also helping the General Manager keep the entire field operation running smoothly. As we continue to grow, this role has a clear path to increased leadership responsibilities for someone who consistently leads by example and takes ownership.
