DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Field Supervisor is expected to: Review the day's installation schedule. Confirm crew assignments and job locations. Verify job-site readiness. Visit and inspect active installation sites. Monitor installation progress. Perform quality-control inspections. Resolve or escalate field issues. Coordinate missing or replacement components. Communicate updates to Project Management and Operations. Document completed work and outstanding items. Follow up on punch-list items. Prepare the next day's field priorities.
