Summary Coordinate daily food service operations including preparation, distribution and service to patients, cafeteria, catering and other customers. Oversee and maintain quality control monitors and takes corrective action as necessary. Assist with TM functions to include interviewing, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, coaching and scheduling. Coordinate TM orientation, training and competency assessment. Monitor the overall security of the department. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires ServSafe Manager food safety certification within 1 year of hire.
Education:
HS Graduate or Equivalent GED -
Completed Credentials:
2 years or more of Supervisor or Coordinator experience in a Food Services position

Winter Haven Hospital Working Hours:
Weekends required. Flexible availability including nights and weekends required
