Health, Dental, PTO Growth Opportunities Position Summary One Source Hospitality is seeking an experienced and dependable Housekeeping Inspector to oversee daily housekeeping operations at a hotel property in Winter Haven, Florida. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, productivity, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assign daily workloads and communicate operational priorities to the team. Inspect guest rooms to ensure company and hotel quality standards are met. Monitor room status, productivity, attendance, and completion of daily assignments. Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety requirements, and property standards. Provide coaching and corrective feedback when performance expectations are not met. Assist with cleaning rooms, public spaces, or completing runner responsibilities when operationally necessary. Ensure housekeeping carts, closets, equipment, and supplies are properly stocked and organized. Report maintenance issues, room damages, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items according to established procedures. Respond professionally and promptly to guest and client requests. Maintain accurate daily reports, inspection records, and operational documentation. Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and attendance expectations. Work closely with property leadership to support staffing and operational needs. Qualifications Previous hotel, resort, timeshare, or housekeeping experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Previous inspector, supervisor or team-lead experience is preferred. Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds Open availability, including weekends and holidays Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
