Job Description

OneSparQ is looking for a Field Training Manager in Alpharetta, GA.

Required Skils:

10+ years of experience in construction and telecommunications, including both underground and aerial telecom. 5+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role. (started their early careers operating field equipment, such as excavators, trencher/plows, and directional drills) Proven experience managing construction projects, equipment, crews, and people. Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience

OPERATING

construction equipment, including directional drills, excavators, bucket trucks, lifts, and related equipment.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Field Trainers and their training schedules. Create training packets, presentations, and training programs with the materials provided. Give Field Trainers a clear process to follow when training new crews. Track Field Trainer progress and provide support when needed. Visit job sites to check on Field Trainers and their training. Split time between the office and job sites (roughly 50/50). This job provides a company car, gas card, iphone, tablet.

•Travel to Texas, Florida, and South Carolina - all travel expenses covered. travel is random. no travel on weekends.

$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
