Job Title:
Regional Operations Manager Pay:
$110,000 - $125,000 annually
Location:
Alpharetta (primary location),
Johns Creek, Cumming, Buford Summary:
Seeking an experienced leader to oversee operations across multiple primary care practices in a dynamic healthcare organization. This role offers an opportunity to drive organizational growth, enhance patient experience, and support a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in medical office management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably in primary care or multi-provider settings Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in electronic health record systems, with Epic experience preferred Knowledge of patient billing, scheduling workflows, and office operations Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required Ability to multitask effectively and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving, team-building, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and performance outcomes across multiple practices Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management Ensure operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and quality standards Manage supply and vaccine inventory, vendor relations, and facilities needs Support organizational projects, initiatives, and process improvements Collaborate with providers to improve productivity, patient care, and operational efficiency Lead communication on forms and paperwork updates in supported electronic systems Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and implement performance improvement strategies Handle patient concerns, scheduling issues, and urgent situations as needed Maintain compliance with accreditation standards, HIPAA, and organizational policies
