This is not a typical weekend wine job. We want someone who knows how to read a room, take care of people, sell through hospitality, and take ownership —and who has a strong interest in wine. The Opportunity You'll work alongside our Retail Operations Manager and help own the guest experience during our busiest days: Wine flights, glasses and bottle service Thoughtful wine recommendations Friday live jazz Saturday tastings Guest pacing and service Bottle sales and Wine Club conversations Maintaining an exceptional tasting-room experience The position begins Friday and Saturday at $25/hour . For the right person, the opportunity can grow into additional hours, increased responsibility and potentially a full-time Tasting Room leadership role as Fermented grows.
