About the Role The Director of Operations at Roma Moulding is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all four of our distribution centers, as well as managing the supply chain. This role will have you working closely with the CEO to ensure our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and strategically. You will lead and mentor our DC leaders, implement process improvements, and ensure that all areas of operations are aligned with company goals. Your role will focus on everything from managing budgets and streamlining processes to supporting quality initiatives and driving continuous improvement. You will need to be a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to meeting both short-term goals and long-term business objectives. What You Will Own
Operational Leadership :
Oversee the daily operations of all four Distribution Centers and the supply chain, ensuring operational efficiency and optimal performance.Strategic Planning & Execution :
Work with the CEO to set strategic goals and align operations with company-wide objectives.Budget Management :
Review and adjust annual budgets to ensure operational effectiveness and maximize profitability.Process Improvement :
Continuously evaluate the efficiency of operational processes and procedures, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.Team Leadership & Development :
Supervise and provide feedback to DC leaders, ensuring they meet performance expectations and are supported in their professional growth.Policy & Procedure Development :
Revise and formulate operational policies and procedures, promoting implementation across all teams.Vendor & Partner Relationships :
Manage relationships and agreements with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.Quality Management :
Support quality initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction through operational excellence.Data & Metrics Analysis :
Evaluate performance through data analysis and operational metrics, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.Compliance & Regulation :
Ensure all operations are compliant with industry regulations and company standards.- Collaboration with
Leadership :
Work closely with other leadership teams to ensure seamless integration across departments and that operations align with the overall business strategy.Special Projects :
Take on additional tasks or projects as assigned by the CEO to support business growth and continuous improvement.
