The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Oversee mass production scheduling, supply constraint mitigation, and integrator capacity planning to align output with firm demand forecasts. Govern hardware quality by managing the process and ensuring execution of comprehensive testing protocols, including Rack Level Testing (RLT). Orchestrate cross-border logistics, customs lead time planning and rigorous tracking compliance to guarantee on-time deployments. Drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, coordinating development and early-stage material readiness to de-risk future mass deployments. Lead executive QBRs and multi-party collaborations to resolve supply bottlenecks, leveraging ERP systems (SAP, O9) to optimize operations.
