Resort Hospitality Associate Paradise Hills, Winery Resort & Spa | Blairsville, Georgia Part-Time | Approximately 25-30 Hours per Week | $15/hour | 4 days a week (weekend required) Paradise Hills, Winery Resort & Spa is looking for a dependable, energetic and genuinely service-minded person to join our hospitality team. We aren't simply looking for someone to pour wine or work a front desk. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking care of people. Paradise Hills is a family-owned mountain resort offering cabin accommodations, a farm winery and tasting room, spa services, events and unique guest experiences. Our team members often wear more than one hat, and we believe that is part of what makes working here interesting. As a Resort Hospitality Associate , you'll be cross-trained in several areas of the resort and become an important part of creating the welcoming, relaxed experience our guests remember. What You'll DoTasting Room & Winery Hospitality You will help create a welcoming tasting-room experience for our guests by: Greeting and engaging with guests Pouring wine and beer samples Learning our wines and sharing information confidently Learning and sharing the Paradise Hills story Keeping the tasting room clean, organized and guest-ready Restocking wine, merchandise, supplies and other inventory Helping maintain an inviting atmosphere throughout the day Learning about the entire resort so you can answer questions and make recommendations Resort Guest Services You'll also be cross-trained on basic front-desk and resort operations, including: Answering phones and assisting guests with basic questions Greeting arriving resort guests Assisting with guest check-ins Providing information about cabins, the spa, winery and resort activities Helping prepare and set up cabins when needed Communicating guest needs to the appropriate team members Helping solve simple guest-service issues professionally and calmly Events & Special Experiences Paradise Hills hosts weddings, group events, winery events and other special experiences throughout the year.
You may assist with:
Event setup and breakdown Guest service Food and beverage support Wine service Cleaning and resetting spaces Helping wherever needed to make an event successful Who We're Looking For Experience is helpful, but character matters more to us. We can teach you how to pour wine, use our systems and learn our resort. What is much harder to teach is reliability, work ethic and a genuine desire to serve others. One hour you may be pouring a wine tasting and talking with visitors. The next you may be helping a cabin guest, answering a phone call, restocking the tasting room or helping set up for an event. Applicants must also be able to meet the physical requirements of a hospitality environment, including standing for extended periods, walking throughout the property and assisting with stocking, cleaning and event setup.
