A car wash manager oversees daily site operations, manages team members, and maintains facility equipment to deliver high customer satisfaction.

Operations:

Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, manage vehicle flow, and ensure high standards of cleanliness across the tunnel, vacuum areas, and lot.

Staff Management:

Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate employees, while leading by example.

Customer Service:

Greet customers, promote wash packages or subscriptions, and resolve complaints or damage claims.

Equipment & Inventory:

Monitor wash machinery, perform routine preventative maintenance, and order chemical supplies and towels.

Administration:

Handle cash reconciliation, process payroll data, and track location financial goals.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or automotive services.

Skills:

Strong communication, basic mechanical aptitude for equipment upkeep, and basic financial literacy.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand or walk for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
