This role is responsible for academic operations, staff leadership, and guiding the Institute through its transition toward accredited higher-education status. The position requires direct oversight of all in-person and online students, including all staff and volunteers within the educational programs. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day academic operations (in-person and online programs) Supervise all instructional staff, administrative staff, and volunteers (weekdays and some weekends) Oversee program development, delivery, and quality assurance Direct the Institute's accreditation process, including compliance, documentation, and agency coordination Ensure proper management of student records, attendance, and academic systems Support faculty in delivering high-quality instruction Oversee student experience, engagement, and retention Coordinate recruitment efforts with the Marketing Director Contribute to strategic planning and institutional growth
Qualifications Required:
USA Work-Authorization Required (No immigration sponsorship provided) Bachelor's degree (Business, Education, Humanities, or related field) 5+ years of experience managing academic programs, teams, or operations Experience supervising staff and leading teams Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Experience with digital learning platforms or student information systemsPreferred:
