Overview A Site Manager is responsible for all aspects of the car wash facility and its operations. They are responsible for making sure that all expectations are upheld in creating a safe and fun work environment while also ensuring that exceptional customer service and wash quality are maintained. Responsibilities Have a fun and positive attitude Lead a team of 8-10 employees Train and develop new and existing employees to company standards Prepare weekly work schedules for employees in accordance to company standards Oversee productivity, labor, breaks, and daily scheduling of all employees Interview and help select full time and part time employees for maximum flexibility Inventory, monitor and order chemicals, parts and other supplies to maintain inventory levels Perform daily, weekly and monthly checks of all equipment Leads by positive example and ensures the customer experience is the best possible The site leader is responsible for all aspects of the facility Requirements Previous car wash management experience of at least 1 year in similar position Must be mechanically inclined and willing to help work on equipment Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Excellent communication skills Willingness to work in all weather conditions Required to work 50 hours per week Must be available to work many different types of shifts including but not limited to weekends, nights, and holidays
