Position Summary:

This position focuses on management & overall direction of the business operation.

Operations Requirements:

Provide leadership and oversight for the daily operations and overall management of Rock Creek Manor and Manor House in the Meadow Actively lead sales, marketing, and networking efforts within the organization, local community, referral network, and online platforms Manage prospective customers from initial inquiry through move-in & monitor occupancy performance Maintain corporate culture promoting the business philosophy & vision to customers and the community Proactively identify and assess strategies and opportunities that support organizational growth, strengthen operations, and enhance customer value Foster positive family relationships through responsive communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and consistent follow-up Lead the development & support of all process improvement initiatives related to the business operation Assist with training and education curriculum that supports compliance, performance and quality Ensure compliance with state & local regulatory requirements

Staff Responsibilities:

Participate in recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training all staff Establish and maintain employee files and ongoing compliance Manage and support an outstanding team of professionals in a team-based culture Ensure that all safety, care & wellness programs are practiced with excellence

Resident Responsibilities:

In conjunction with the Care Leader; Implement approaches and services to enhance resident satisfaction Liaison for residents and their families & staff as well as other associated health partners

Qualifications:

Associates/Bachelor's degree-GA Nurse License (preferred) or Marketing/Business or hospitality 3+ years of experience performing at director level in hospitality, health care or senior living environment Participation in a minimum of 16 hrs of continuing education on an annual basis
