Job Description Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate and communicate with project teams to ensure alignment and progress. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Monitor project performance and address any issues that arise. Manage resource allocation, including personnel and materials, to optimize efficiency. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Operations Manager should have: Experience with managing construction projects within the business services industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to problem-solve and address challenges effectively. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $200,000 to $300,000.
