® is a professional trade association serving more than 2,500 real estate professionals in Cobb County. The Finance & Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day financial and operational functions of the association, ensuring accurate financial management, efficient office operations, and exceptional organizational support. This position serves as the association's primary internal resource for bookkeeping, accounting, financial administration, operational coordination, and executive support while partnering closely with the CEO and external accounting professionals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized professional with extensive QuickBooks experience who enjoys creating efficient systems, improving processes, and supporting a mission-driven organization. Essential ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management (40%) Maintain the association's financial records using QuickBooks. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial transactions. Process membership dues, event registrations, sponsorship payments, and other revenue. Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting documentation for the CEO. Assist with annual budgeting, audit preparation, and year-end financial reporting. Coordinate with external CPA, payroll providers, auditors, and financial institutions. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with established financial policies. Operations Management (30%) Coordinate daily office operations and administrative systems. Manage vendor relationships, office contracts, and facility needs. Assist with employee onboarding, HR administration, and organizational compliance. Maintain operational calendars, organizational records, and policy documentation. Support event logistics and financial reconciliation. Track organizational projects, deadlines, and strategic initiatives. Executive & Board Support (30%) Prepare Board and Executive Committee meeting materials. Assist with agendas, reports, and executive correspondence. Track board action items and organizational priorities. Support the CEO with project coordination and special initiatives. QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Minimum three years of bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or business operations experience. Extensive professional experience using QuickBooks is required. Experience managing full-cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and accuracy. Preferred Experience in a nonprofit, trade association, or membership organization. Experience preparing financial reports for executive leadership or boards. Experience with payroll administration and audit preparation. Familiarity with association management software (AMS).
