Help ensure field staff follow voter-registration, data-security, workplace-safety, and organizational compliance requirements. Conduct direct voter and community outreach when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred. Previous campaign, canvassing, voter-contact, community-organizing, or field experience required. Experience supervising, scheduling, training, or coaching field staff required. Experience with voter-contact databases or platforms such as VAN, EveryAction, or similar systems. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, particularly during election cycles. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned service area.
